Conditioning is extremely important for all styles of dance. A conditioning class involves extensive stretching and building correct muscles. A large portion of injuries occur due to lack of proper stretching out the body. Other injuries can arise from lack of strength in the muscles. We highly suggest that all dancers take a conditioning class because the results we have seen, from those that have taken this class, has helped each dancer excel. This class is open to all starting from ages six and up. However, this class is not partial to dancers only and is open to every non-dancer as well. Many athletes would be surprised how this would improve their game.
