All accounts must be paid in full prior to participation in the end of year Spring Performance.
- Tuition rates are pro-rated equal payments based on a ten-month season (September – June), regardless of the length of the month. A 10% discount is given for accounts which are paid in full before September 15th, 2009.
- Returned Checks – A $10 fee will be charged for returned checks. We will not accept checks after an account has been charged for 2 returned checks.
- Make-up classes for a missed class must be made within four weeks.
- Costumes can be paid for in full at registration or on a 4 month payment plan. All costumes must be paid for in full by December 15, 2009. - Pictures will be taken in May during regular class times. Saturday classes may be taken on Friday of Picture Week. The purchase of pictures is optional. Payment is made directly to Hampton Roads Photography on Picture Day.
- Attendance – Students should arrive a few minutes before class and be picked up promptly after class. Late arriving students may be asked to observe class instead of participating if the teacher determines there has been insufficient warm-up—this helps to prevent injuries. Unattended students, siblings and guests are not allowed in the studio at anytime. Please do not leave children at the studio outside of class time while you run errands. (The Académie cannot assume responsibility.)
- Withdrawals – One month’s written notice must be given for all students who move or withdraw. No withdrawals are permitted after January 1 without paying a $200 withdrawal fee. (The Académie will consider special cases.)
